3rd Annual Married vs Singles

The 3rd annual Kendall Wanderers Married Vs Singles Match will be held on Saturday, November 22nd at Rotch Park in the South End. Kickoff will be at 12pm.

It was decided that this year's managers would be chosen on the simple concept of "The Most Single" vs "The Most Married", and so we present Kieran 'Chopper' Reid as the manager of the Singles, with Mike McCormack managing the Marrieds. Barry Roche was offered the job, but his wife wouldn't let him take it ;o)

Fundraiser

Now that the season is underway, it's time to get together, drink many beers and watch some *cough* highlights *cough* of the season so far. The club will be meeting up on May 17th at the Greatest Bar. The second floor has been reserved for the club between 7:30pm and 10pm.

Please do your best to attend, if even for one drink. The financial well-being of the club depends on the sponsorship of the Greatest Bar and spending an hour or two there every month is not a lot to ask for considering the very generous sponsorship package they have given the club.

The bar will be laying out appetizers at no charge, and if that's not enough to entice you, have a gander at some pictures of the bar patrons... http://www.thegreatestbar.com/livesite/module.php?c=l&p=photo
